| His temp all over is 27 - 28 degrees and his mat is at 33 degrees. :( he hasn't lost any weight mind so in sure he will be fine, he just likes being a lilt sod :) |

| Ok so I spoke to James and the verdict is hero is trying to burmate himself. So the lamp and higher temps are freaking him out *rolls eyes* but I am to continue with the hotter mat and leave the light out. If he misses for two more weeks I am to burmate him. Nocking his temps down to 15 degrees and then 10-12 degrees two days later. With little to no light for two solid weeks. Then bring his temps up and hope that it triggers his instinct to eat. *rolls eyes again* little sod |

| Good luck with that. He told me not brumate Stevie as she was to small and that he did not brumate his until reaching 250g. Guess maybe it is not the same for males, always thought it made no difference whether the snake was female or male. You must have one very awkward hoggie. |

| He said he's a good size for a male and that American breeders brunate them at that size and I was good for getting him to that size ? ( he's teeny lol) he said that he's got three heros size brumating this year to see if it works. He is of age just not of size. I didn't turn the lamp on this morning and he wasn't out so we will see. So asking as he sidebar eat it loose weight he will be cooled and left in the dark. God know what h will do if he doesn't eat after that. |

| Well we don't have any heating so I'm going to measure ntemps rich d the flat tonight. If not maybe the garage in a poly biz with a mat and stat if I can get the mat to work eekk I'm not 100 percent sure in all Honesty. |

| I have heard that some people use the loft/attic space if you have one and others use an old fridge. Not quite sure how you would keep a fridge warm enough though. |

I dug out a lucky rep stat that should go low enough j just need to remember how it works lol I'm gonna turn his mat of for twos days and then into the box he goes lol. I think he's gonna have to go in the garage to get him cool enough weekly scary stuff x |

| Yup this is day 6 and he hasn't moved. I weighed him Sunday night and he was a darling to come out popped him straight where he was and that's where he has stayed. So he's now doing what he is supposed to rather than the great escape ;) another week it so and we shall see what happens :) |
