me too.. this has to be the worst time...
I have a star party tonight (astronomy)
an obstacle race tomorrow am...
and a big Halloween party Saturday night..
Fortunately I'm just suffering through a headache/general run down feeling but I'm hella worried it's gonna get into my lungs and wipe me out for a week!

I'm a member of the local chapter of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.
Essentially a bunch of us will drag our scopes out to the Ontario Science Centre and set them up so the public can have a boo at all the wonderful things 'up there'
Jupiter and it's moons, several comets, star clusters like the Pleiades and so on...
and of course reassuring everyone that teh world isn't gonna end in 7 weeks... |
