Was just curious, on Snakebytes Bryan blitzed ferret food as its high protein, added water to it for a corn snake non feeder. People on here have had to help their corns feed, do they do the ferret food or something else?

You can use a pinky press to liquefy pinkies, But that is for tube feeding as is the ferret food I'm guessing (will have to watch this weeks episode). I've seen using rat tails for really small non feeders, they are the right shape and are stiff enough to push down their throat.

Ive seen on a few grooups on people using this stuff http://www.petsupplies4less.com/productImages/015OXP02-2-5-1-LG.jpg and swearing by it for fussy feeders im not sure what form it takes but eek after watching sakebytes earlier theres absolutely no way i could tube feed a snake he makes it look so easy but hes probably done it thousands of times it was bad enough trying to asist feed sheldon that one time immediately afterwards he just seemed to go completely lifeless and i thought he was gonna die scared me half to death

assisting is exactly that, assisting the snake to eat the pinkie. Anytime you have to use a pinky press or similar that is force feeding.

This should only be done as a last resort

The episode showed both but the asissting was only done on a ball python brian apprently doesnt agree with asisting corns because of the risk of damage but after seeing how far down that feeding tube went omfg thats surely got to be riskier to me but obviously im no expert bloody terrified me though
