| Hi my name is mark been snake sitting a 4 year old ish corn and have decided to keep her. Got to start the viv from scratch gone for a vx36 so hope you you can point me in the right direction. |

Welcome to the forum  You will find lots of advice on here, any questions just ask and people will be happy to help you.
A vx36 is a good viv for an adult corn snake, many people on here use lx36 (I'm soon to be one of them as my yearling is just about big enough to go up to one). They are a little less tall than the vx version but the extra space won't be a bad thing as long as there is lots of cover in the form of decorations, fake plants etc.
Just a word of warning though, the vx, lx ranges may be discontinued in the future as vivexotic have brought out a new range (viva). This may make it difficult to acquire more vivs of the same if you get bitten by the bug and end up getting more corn snakes later on
I would recommend a heat mat connected to a thermostat to ensure it doesn't get too hot. Also, a digital thermometer is a must.
