Hi guys,

Well I've got the F10 now plus spray bottle and worked out it's just a mere 1ml as it's a 500ml volume, but just wanted to ask a stupid question of do you spray it on, leave it to dry then return snake once everything is back in or rinse it with hot soapy water after spraying and leaving for around 10 minutes?

Also is the water bowl safe to clean using it, as well as a plastic fern and hides, and finally should the thermostat and thermometer probes be fine after using it?

Oh and as for drying is it ok to use paper towels for the excess water drops or even a hairdryer on low setting, simply as I'd rather not keep Ruby in a small feeding tub for any longer than needed?

I personally wash out first, then spray over the F10 leave for a minute and then wipe out with Kitchen Roll to dry it off. You can clean all the bowls and decoration with it too, perfectly safe. Don't worry about the probes. If they aren't stuck in then remove before washing and if they are just be careful not to submerge them too much.

Hope that helps.

I don't use F10 but the one I use (Beaphar) says just make sure it's dry before returning snake to enclosure, but if used on a water/feeding bowl it should be rinsed afterwards just to be safe.
