amazed at how a tiny snake can eat such a large prey as a fluff.

hi ya Moppet,

Blossom is now 24grams (starting weigh when we bought her was 19.5grams), and about 18 inches long. Before she had that fluff she also had a pinky as a starter. I was alittle concerned that a fluff might have been on the big side but she mangaged it ok. She got it down in about 4 minutes, she then went off to have a good kip under her coconut shell.

Thanks, I see by your picture of Ruby that you also found the weakness in the hinges on the faunarium. I have put a mesh underside mine to prevent escapes. I think Exoterra really need to redesign that hinge bit of the lid.

I love watching snakes eat!
It's so cool to see how far they can open their mouths.
I really like it when you see a bump in their tummys and when their scales become seperated through the stretch :)
