I'd leave feeding for another week with no handling and just give him more time to settle.
It could also be that he's going blue and doesn't want to feed until he's shed.
Have you made sure the temps are correct?
Try not to worry too much....

temps are spot on, and doesnt look like there is a shed due anytime soon, judging by how bright the colours are coming through i think the snake had just shed before i got it. might just leave it another week.

I definitely wouldn't worry after just a couple of weeks. We got a new CRB in July, only had 3 feeds previously and just wouldn't feed for us. Finally she took her 1st feed last night!!!! Obviously we were getting very worried about her at this point, but everyone advised us not to assist feed if at all possible as it can seriously injure the snake if done incorrectly. 2 weeks really is nothing to a snake, even a baby! :)

Other suggestions to try: super heating (either dipping in recently boiled water or heating with a hair dryer to get it really hot), scenting with chick thigh/feeding chick thigh, putting snake and food item in a tiny tub eg small butter tub and leaving overnight. Defrosting in water, derosting not in water (ie just leave on the side), going for a drive then feeding, scenting with tuna, scenting with soiled mouse bedding, boiling the pinky, feeding the item wet, feeding the item dry... cannot remember any more at the moment, but as you can imagine we tried loads over the last 2 months! Just make sure you do wait a whole 'feeding period' before trying again, don't try every couple of days as this could make things worse.

Good luck!
