Moroki is my mums 3-4yr old male about 4.5ft and 450g. Nice 3ft viv, 28 degrees hot end, loads of coverage/hides etc!

He's aggressive, (calm once out but it's a mission to get him out)
He eats a jumbo every two weeks, my mum thinks he's still hungry. He eats, and within the hour he's back to being out climbing etc basically just not doing the whole digestion period. When it comes to feeding time he snatches the jumbo and turns into a bloodbath! He grabs, swings, smashes, drowns the mouse! Like he's been waiting for it forever? I don't know. He's odd lol.

Could he need more?

He is fed in at the moment because my mum is scared to get him out. I am moving back home so have suggested to her that we start feeding him in a RUB, but trying to get him out is a mission. He flies at you (with some major speed lol) and strikes/headbutts you!

Almost certainly lack of handling by previous owner and he's reverted back to typical wild behaviour. The only way to sort it is regular handling to build up a bit of trust and confidence, for both snake and your Mum.

It would be an idea to feed out of the viv in a spare RUB. 1 jumbo every 2 weeks is plenty. Any more and he will pile on the podge.
Feed after a decent handling session.

It might mean a couple of tags but usually it lapses into head slaps. Put up with them and he will calm down once he realises that he isn't scaring you away. Try not to put him straight back after acting up. Instead let him get it out of his system and return him once he's calmed down a bit.

I tamed Mirkey the Mauler doing it this way. He was literally eating out of my hand after a week or so. Good luck and keep at it.
