Glad to hear things are going well for you. How exciting that he struck his food for you, I'm still hoping Apollo might get the idea when we go up to smalls. He just casually takes them then starts engulfing them. I have tongs for him but I really doubt they're necessary! Maybe my new hatchies will be more enthusiastic.
Are the two pinkies leaving much of a bulge? I had to keep Apollo on two pinkies for a while because one wasn't big enough but he wasn't wide enough across to manage a fluff. We got there eventually and now he is growing so fast to make up for his slow start.
As long as he is okay with two pinkies and a fluff isn't too wide for him (1.5x the width at his thickest point) then I would be tempted to try him with a fluff (maybe a smallish one to start off with). |
