well wheni moved my eggs over to the incubator all was fine and everything is still fine, anyhow there is an egg at the bottom of the pile. and when it pips it will come out directly underneath another one. :/ any thoughts on what i should do because it's way too late to move them now

just leave it. it will just hatch through the side or what ever gap there is. my last clutch had buried eggs and they all hatched fine
