mate your thermostat probe needs to be touching the floor of your viv above the heat mat. if thermometer is saying it's the right temp, where you have the probe now means it's to hot. needs to be between 27-29 ( measured with a digital thermometer with a probe placed with the stat probe on the floor of your viv where the mat is).
ive changed the viv now kev , the stats are now on the mat and i have another hide installed , took some advice on this and changed it , thanks for noticing though :-)
