whats is healthier for a Gekho..... meal worms or crickets ?

Leopard Gecko? Mine only eats meal worms, won't touch anything else.

Think crickets are possibly a bit more nutritious but they are horrible little things!

If its a leopard generally crickets are more nuitricious but a varied diet of locust crickets and mealworms keep it interesting for them, however mine won't touch mealworms so I just alternate locusts and crickets :)

Neither of my leos will touch crickets or mealworms. One will eat locusts but both love morio worms.

its african fat tailed gehko..... he used to eat crickets but seems to have gone off them atm and will only touch meal worms fussy thing

My crestie has repashy and some times has locusts from time to time but he tends to make friends with them :)
