I have one the same, and the only thing that worked for him was scenting the pinky/fuzzie with a chick thigh. Here are some instructions on how to prepare the chick thigh.

Good luck, hope you get her eating again

isnt the hot end a little cool at 27C? maybe try adjusting up to 28C? my snake refused to feed for a while. I ended up putting him in a tub, covering it with a towel and leaving the room, and he ate. I also brained and heated the pinky up with a hairdryer til it was really warm. maybe try that. hope she eats soon :)

Tried the tub braining and the hair dryer and temp is 27 cause it was 28 and she wouldn't go in the warm end and was always in the cool end and cold so was advised to turn it down a degree or up a degree tried both and she only goes in the warm hide at 27

Thermometer and stat probes should both be in contact with the mat (or base of viv/faun if mat is underneath) as that is where the snakes body will be in contact. If the thermometer probe is higher then the actual temp will be higher.
