I just noticed that the thermometer in my viv says 75! And that's onthe warm side!
What should I do, the pet shop is shut now, is it okay for him??

As long as your cornsnake hasn't fed recently (Guessing you mean farenheit?) you'll be ok.

Try and find out what part of your set up is broken (heatmat or thermostat) and replace that when the shops are open again. I personally would turn off your heating set up because if your thermostat is broken there is a chance it could over heat as well, so to play it safe just switch off.

Yes it's Fahrenheit but I don't have a heat mat as the petshop said that because its a wood viv it only needs a heat bulb and nothing else, is this right?

some people use heat bulbs but they do need a guard to prevent the risk of burns, i personaly use heat matts, would definalty get a digital thermometer as they are more accurate than the dial ones. is the bulb stated?

With heat bulbs you've just got to be careful of where you have your thermometer.
It needs to be where the snake would be able to get to, not right next to the bulb if you get what i mean.

Whereas with a heat mat the heat coming from under the substrate so the snake has easy access to it and its easier to monitor the temp.

To be honest you could really do with one. Just as a safety precaution.
There have been stories of snakes being burned quite badly from unstatted mats, however one of my vivs only has an 8watt heat mat and it hardly even gets warm to the touch, so i dont bother with one in there.

Almost everyone on here will tell you its essential ;)
But if you choose not to, make sure you monitor the heat mat really closely, they can overheat easily.

A stat is essential no matter what heat source you use. Even a 7 watt mat can get to hot for them as proven in this post
