Had him over a month and he's fine when being handled, likes exploring and strangely looking out the window (he literally just made a beeline for my girlfriends cleavage,hahaha) wa wondering the maximum amount of time I should have him out for?

There is no maximum really as long as its happy to be out. if it starts to get flighty or agitated you'd soon know.
