So earlier this evening i was having a fag break at work and I see a cat playing with something on the floor, it was a slow worm! (I think) so I picked the little guy up held him for a few mins then took him away from the cat and put him back in the grass =] I didn't manage to get a pic though as I didn't have my phone on me. Was so cool though I havn't seen one since i was little! I just had to post it on here as no-one i told seemed to understand why I was so happy to have saved one lol |

aw ive never seen one, but id love to! my parents garden is swarming with wildlife.. mainly birds (hundreds of them!) and toads/frogs near the pond. hope to see some slow worms soon though!
and my auntie lives just off a field, and she found a few grass snakes earlier this year and rung me up to make sure they werent poisonous hahaha and asked me how to get rid of them! I said to her, man up and just pick it up! even if it bites it wont hurt you!! |

Like the others I've not seen one - but I think you did well to rescue it from a cat. I'm sure the wormy is happily back with his family and friends telling them all about the cat and the nice human.... do worms have families? |
