I know this has been discussed many times, but seen as prices can change due to inflation and current times thought i'd start a new thread to ask.

I'm wondering how much everyone pays for their frozen mice and where they buy them from. I've just bought some this weekend and am beginning to wonder now mine are on medium mice would it be cheaper to buy a larger quantity or wait until they are on large.

I paid 30p per pinky - so £3 for 10 and
70p per medium - £7 for 10

both from my local shop, how does this compare to what others pay?

you really start saving when you buy 50-100,so i'd probably wait until your snake was on large as you won't need 50 mediums before your snake moves up to large

I pay £5.49 for 10 fuzzies or 15 pinkies. As I am a new snake owner, I'm sticking with where I know I can get the food at the moment. I will probably shop around a bit once she is more settled on a size.

My last bill for mice was

47p for a med mouse, and I got 50, £23.56
44p for a small mouse and I got 10, £4.49
58p for a large mouse and I got 25, £14.59
Delivery £5.99

Will last 5 snakes (2 growing, 3 adults although one is deiting) 6 monthish, don't like leaving stuff in the freezer for more than 6 months. It wasn't worth me buying online until I had 5 snkaes, can't wait to order 100 large mice though, will make stuff so much easier!

Pet shop near me used be 3 pinkies for £1 and large mice were like £1 each

A very special super, duper thanks for K :3

wow such a variation, i won't bother buying bulk for the likes of pinks/fluffs/smalls, as I don't have enough snakies :( to warrant this, but am definately considering it for the larger 2 especially now they're on the same size prey
