The little crested gecko that my youngest son bought arrived yesterday. Oh my he is so cute He was hatched in september 2010. He is realy shy having lived all his life in a shed with loads of other geckos so I think moving into a large exo and into a living room is quite a shock for him, bless him. We could see him peeking out from under the hanging plants yesterday and this morning he is in a different place so must of explored his surroundings last night. He did not touch his komodo complete food but I'm not surpised as he was fed on clarks and I am having to source some of that for him. On the plus side he did eat a little mashed up banana that we put in so I am getting OH to buy some kiwi, mango, sharon fruit and pear on the way home from work. Thought that if I mash it up together I can freeze it in ice cube trays and mix a little komodo food with it when I defrost it. He is not that use to being handled and is quite jumpy so any tips on handling would be good I will post some pics when he is settled along with pics of the two leos

The fact you can make little fruit ****tails for them is adorable. Looking forwards to creepy pics of the little guy watching you, cute pics of him stuffing his face, climbing on your face etc etc
