a take it its breeding season again? and well we aint sure but estimating that he is about 2 months old.. he never fed last week which people said on this was normal because of it being his first feed but we looked over him earlier and his water and no signs of mites we didnt want to do the toilet paper check as its again round 2 of trying to feed him, so we have left a mouse in watching him from a distance and can see him rubbing his head continuously off the front of his viv :\ we are quite worried specially how it is our first snake :\

I wouldn't be to worried about him rubbing around the front of the viv, both of mine when I first got them did that for a couple of weeks, I think they are testing the security of you viv to try and escape. Both of mine have been doing it tonight it was like watching some sort of synchronised dance :)

I take it he did not take the second attempt at feeding off the tongs again? Make sure the pinkie is on the cool side and leave it in there over night and hopefully it will be gone in the morning.

Have you tried braining the mouse the scent of it can encourage a fussy eater again there's a sticky on non feeders
As for the snake rubbing I don't know what to suggest do you have the shed records and feed records ?
I bought myself cheep week to week diary I mark everything down in this.
I mark down every feed,(I write down if they have missed a feed if they have fed what size meal was feed)shed,(if it was bad shed ill mark it down)dump (if it was bit loser etc)and bath for each snake and reptile that I have it's a good practice to get into as you look back and pick up on any problems quickly also if you have to visit a reptile vet you can provide a lot of information.
I also use it for reminders with the bearded dragons when the uv light needs replace so I know when to order one.

More than likely shedding! If he's full on smushing his actually face on things, thats him getting the start of his shed off!
