Bath time
I've seen a few pics of people giveing there snakes a bath. I've read that it can help them to poo as well..... so I thought I would let Frodo take the plunge and guess what.....he did a poo

I know there not the best pics, I couldn't get any good angles unless I got in there with him

Hi I thought I'd take a few pics of Frodo today
I found that frodo was always going under the kitchen role that he had at the bottom of his faun. He didn't use the tubes at all. I bought some coconut hides last week and put a bit extra aspen in and he's now happy as larry.

Hi all, For a few months now Frodo has been having x2 pinkies every feed. Not much of a lump was left in his stomach for the last month so I have bought four fuzzies to see how he gets on.
He took intrest straight away and even constricted for the first time which was fun to watch. I must admit I didn't think he would manage it, it looked way to big. It took him 20 minutes to finish it.
Do you guys think the fuzzy was a bit to big?

There you go. Towards the end the lump does'nt look to bad.

id say that was just the right size for him, mine are 6months old now and had there 1st fuzzy on saturday. took them about 20-30mins to get them down but managed just fine!

Cheers everyone. Yeah the fisrt pic does look a bit of a shocker, but the rest of them look ok.
It's been over 48hrs now since he had his feed. theres no big lump and he's had a poo. I've just had him out for a play and is happy as larry

From the first pic I didn't even think he'd be able to get his mouth round it, just shows how good they are at taking what we would think of as huge prey items...
Nice one, really good pics and very useful for someone who is wondering whether to move up to the next size... |

Hey guys. Heres an up date on Frodo. He is now 6 and a half months old eating 1 fuzzy every 7 days. I weighed him today at 35 grams. Neary lost him inside the scales as he tried to escape into a small hole, but I won the battle
