Hi, just to confirm, there is never any discharge from his nasal passage. His big temps are about 29 in the hot end and about 20in the cool end. I do not keep tabs on the humidity, should I?? :/

Is it a sorta rattly wheeze? It might just be dust or a little bit of old shed in his nose...

Yes it sounds a bit like a lazy, not nasty, hiss! And
I was just worried, I hadnt actually any proper reason to think he had it, I just wanted to confirm that he didn't :)

My corn was diagnosed with RI last year.
Besides the vet giving her a vitamin D boost, I had to inject her myself for 10 days with anti-biotics.
I hated it, the snake hated it & to this day she doesn't like to be handled much at all.

She had a healthy appetite, eating regularly then for no apparent reason, she stopped eating for 3 months.
That got me worried so I took her to the vet hoping just for a vitamin D boost to stimulate her appetite.
But the vet found a mucus build-up in her mouth & diagnosed her with RI...leading to the 10 days of anti-biotics injections.

Her feeding went back to normal after.
