Hi everyone , I bought Sydney my corn snake about 3mths ago
Since I've had him he is constantly in his hide and never comes out unless I get
Him or to feed , for a baby snake he is extremely docile is this normal
We own another young corn and he is the total opposite

Sounds like normal behaviour. All snakes are different. Some settle straight away, others take time. Some are nocturnal (all of mine are)whereas others are happy to slither around during the day.

It could be because he is too cold. What are your temps like at the cold and hot ends of his enclosure?

Some corns are like that, I wouldn't call it a behaviour problem it's a natural thing.

My two are completely different, Suki is hardly ever out when I am up and is still quite feisty when I go in to get her out and Sid is out all of the time and placid as anything.
