So my corn snake has escaped again best part is this time it waited til I went away for the week... My housemate has found it and my friend who has many is picking it up 2mora to look after til I'm home BUT! I don't know how it's escaped after it escaped last time I got a new lid to secure it any idea as to how it's escaping it's a glass tank with a heavy plastic lid

that's good advice. Might take a while though! Unless your friend had her out and she got away maybe? They might not wanna tell you in case you give out!

The lid is at least a stone and it has 2 5kg weights on top but it does have a bit that lifts up so you don't have to take the whole lid off but even that part is quite heavy she deffinately escaped though cos the snakes are in my room and the door is locked so she's gone under the door it's really worrying me she llcohabits with my other corn and that one has never escaped...
