Well 4 days ago I ended up taking a cb 11 sprox 1ft long unwanted gift from someone as I herd it was going to b released. I was going to find her ( so the feeding chat he was given says) a new home but after a few days with her in my beardies viv(seperated to reduce stress for both animals) I now have her own 2ftx1ftx1ft viv and she's staying with her new daddy. All advice would b welcomed |

So she's been with me 5 days now an I still can't think of a name for her. I held her the day she came and have left her to get on with it. Would it b ok to have her out again now or should I wait till after her first feed is done and out of the way as she hasn't been fed since the shop fed her 7 days ago |

Hi and welcome, the general advice is to leave them a week to settle in and then once fed not to handle for two days to allow them to digest. I would probably leave another two days,(she will cope without being fed for that long) you could then handle for a while and feed after. |

And she's now named Amber, she ran up my arm as I changed her water yesterday and refused to go back in her tub, so I let her curl up in my dressin gown bless her. When I feed her should I use nutabol? I need it for my BD's to help asorb calcium. Does this apply to snakes? |
