someone said it might be a het or a motley and we dont know 100% so could someone help?

Virtually impossible to say if it has any hets without knowing the parents as hets are the hidden genes.

It isn't motley as motleys have a plain belly, no belly checkers.

I would say that yours is a very very pretty amel

Just your regular Amel.

Het's are basically the genes carried, so unless you know what the parents were, you're not really going to know.
