Seems lots of people have shy snake drinkers, our two aren't shy...I was bathing Ara to try and get rid of retained tip of tail shed and once the water had cooled down and his bath had been forgotten about he just hung out in my hands and slurped his body weight in water.
Ginn is constantly showing off around her water bowl! Taking dips, slurping away, making sure she's nice and wet when she comes out to play, pooping in it (the terror!) etc etc
I'd love to hook a camera up to record the night time activities of our snakes...it'd lead to answers to the mysterious drinking habits, vivarium trashing habits and escape training that goes on!
