Wonders if they used a Hoggie specific shampoo lol you might think im sounding rather Daft but i used to buy Rat shampoo for my rats lol it was called Dirty Rat i kid you not! |

Aww bless,I wouldn't have though of washing a hedgehog. Then again thouugh,I gave my guinea pigs a bath a couple of weeks ago. They go into a trance when you massage the shampoo into their fur bless em.....and yes,they have guinea pig shampoo! |

mort- where do you get guinea pig shampoo? i use a standard small mammal one from P@H now and then when john gets a greasy tail end- (he's such a bloke, he's always got dirty toe nails too) ..but its quite harsh- I sometimes feel it'd be kinder using fairy liquid. I only bathed tufty the once- she went absolutley berserk and sproinged out of the sink across the drainer and hid behind the cd player. luckily she doesn't really need it- but I could do with something better for John's blokey back-end, --please don't tell me it's something only available in yr local independent pet shop..... |

aww thats well cute - I use a bit of aveeno for a bath. I did once try no more tears baby shampoo but one hedgie had an allergic reaction so now I just use the aveeno |
