Woke up today to find a perfect snake skin in Syd's in her viv!
Didn't even realise she was in blue! We said she looked a little dull but eeeesh lol.

Anyway, here she is nomming today's dinner

nice and shiney

Here's our other cornsnake, Red. Poor thing's been ill lately, had a mild RI and something's up with her scales. She's a lovely natured and it's not nice seeing her like this but she's well on the mend ... her RI's cleared up at least.
Some of her over the past week ...

After the vets, chilling and warming up. Sorry, infrared bulbs make for hard pics to take!

Having a relax. Managed to move her digital thermometer probe AGAIN.

Got her out today and she's deep in shed, so hopefully her scales will heal up. Sadly she refused her food again but she usualy does when in blue.

I'd been wondering how Red was getting on - glad to hear she's improving. Fingers crossed for you her scales will be fine after the shed

Thanks all

She's much happier now. Few scales on belly still look a bit iffy but another couple of washes and a shed should clear that up I'm hoping.
