The only way to get this big lad (or lass its an unknown) out of his burrow is to entice it out with a cricket or a wax worm, far too fast to get any decent pictures so i filmed it instead.

Yup this one is so fast its just incredible. The funny thing was he was eating everything offered disappeared for 2 weeks and reappeared twice the size. Good job I'm going to the rep shop at the weekend because I have nothing big enough to feed him. He normally sits at the burrow entry too and just pounces this is the first time I've seen him run across the tub for his dinner there was very nearly a swear word on the video because he didnt half make me jump. |
