Thought that you guys might find this article interesting, if you haven't come across it before.
Some of the stuff there saying its pretty obvious if your a snake owner, but its still interesting.

Nice article, I like to see proper snake articles that use the words 'killer' and 'deadly' in the right context. The slow motion video was incredible, I've watch snake strikes loads and loads of times but never knew about the ventral-lateral coil, I will be watching Sanke much more closely this weekend (she hasn't fed for a few weeks too so should be good). I wish I had a camera capable of 500fps too.
