Once every week i spray my viv with a little bit of water, is this ok ?? It apparently helps with the humidity and this helps the snake shed its skin easier ?

they do not need any extra humidty as their natural climate is similar to ares, you should only need to spray if they need it during shed. there is no need to spray weekly, to much huidity could lead to breathing problems in the future.

making a damp hide and giving it to the snake when the eyes cloud would probably be more effective.

no, add a damp moss hide. Saves having damp substrate
