Just had a pint of mint tea to try and help my stomach, waaaay to much choc and food, was good at the time lol

All my muscles ache from an overdose of sugar and fat yesterday. Back to Slimming World tomorrow so trying to ignore the fridge full of chocolate today .

I had Xmas dinner yesterday. Up to then I'd hardly eaten anything so I was proper stuffed yesterday!
