Got my first snake today and all he has done is sleep in his hide

I know this is normal but I really want to see him explore !

give it time! i got mine last wednesday and i still haven't seen her leave the hide :P

He will most likely come out just after its dark and just before full sun rise. but also this time of year they mainly lay in the warmth
