my snake has a big fatty lump near where it poos what can it be , as it poos ok no problem there

Could be poop, fat, lumps anything pictures and a better description would help lol. If its on the underside near the vent and just bulges a tad at the sides then its probably poo

A good sign to know when your snake is about to drop a bomb is when they have a lump visable close to their vent.

My good friend's ex-breeder female has some lumps and bumps near her vent from where she laid eggs. The tissue surrounding the area broke down leaving harmless tumours. If your snake has bred a couple of times in her life, this may be an indication of damaged tissue. If not, then I'm afraid without pictures/ more information we may not be your best source.

Of course, if you are worried, a vet check could be the way foreward. A proper diagnosis cannot be issued over the internet, although we can try :)
