Sure I read somewhere that rats are richer in fat and not the best to feed on a regular basis. |

I feed 2 of my adult corns on weaner rats as I couldnt get hold of extra large mice. They are about the same weight, however I have changed the frequency of their feeds to every 3 weeks to make sure they dont get fat. |

we feed all our adult corns on small weaner rats without issue, these are the ones that weigh between 20-23g. We always have plenty on hand with the boas and the water monitors, so it's easier for us to do this than buy separate mice. Only one of our adults won't eat them, but he's a bit special anyway
We don't feed as often as we would with mice, and I've never noticed any issues with it whatsoever. |

Large mice for most adults every 2 weeks is enough.
I wouldn't suggest weaners unless you are going to space feeding amounts lodas, feeding wenares every 4 weeks can still cause corns to gain weight. |
A very special super, duper thanks for K :3 |
