My little Bangle is weird, after being fed he hides away for about 45mins then chases about as normal always at the top of his faun as if to come out. Hard not to get him out but dont is this usual for a young snake? |

Essfer will sometimes be like this. I prefer to leave him in his viv as I'd rather ensure he digests and doesn't regurge his mice. Both for the sake of his health AND really not wanting to clean up semi-digested mouse |

Does the mouse leave a bump? i wouldnt risk taking him out, its not worth the chance of regurge |

Are the temperatures at a suitable level, could the snake just be looking for somewhere better to settle down to digest. All mine feed and disappear for 2-3 days to digest their meal, I thought that would be a normal response to feeding.
Oh and from someone who has had smelled the stench of regurge, you really dont want to do anything that might cause that to happen. Its the worse thing I've ever had the misfortune of smelling. |

He is on 2 or 3 pinkies depending on size, temps are spot on he has done this since i got him. I wont pick him up until 48 hrs later just so as not to cause a problem. |

Maybe it might be time to up the feed. If he is taking 3 pinkies then he might be okay taking the next size up. |

If he's on two to three pinkies then I would consider moving him to the next size up, sounds like he might be due it. |
