Out of interest how often do cornsnakes poo?
Have had Martha for about 3 weeks now and she hasn't pooed yet.
Is this normal?

What substrate do you use? Hatchies have fairly small poos (the absorb most of their meal). If you're using aspen or beech chips it may be turning to dust a blending in before you notice. If you worried change to kitchen roll substrate for a week or too so you can see it better.

I started with kitchen roll for the first month or so so I could get used to what to look for. They generally poo once or twice a week (well mine does).

Give the kitchen roll a try to put your mind at peace.

Yup, definitely agree with Simmy

Corns do tend to poop weekly in my experience, so chances are the substrate is hiding it well

I'd go with kitchen roll for a few weeks too, just until you know for sure its pooping just fine. For hatchies if its isn't fresh its dust, you may notice a slight white powder and a black dot but its tiny.

Again once or twice a week seems to be the corn way but they are all different and if they are about to shed they can hold onto it for a bit.

Thanks for the help.
She is on Aspen bedding and on closer examination there were small pieces hidden in the substrate so she is clearly pooing ok!
I have cleaned it away but how often should I change the entire bedding?
