Welcome along Nadja.

I have to say, I am probably one of the biggest arachnophobes you will ever meet, so I'm afraid I cannot share in Garrie's sentiments lol . Each to their own eh, a lot of people think I'm out of my mind for having a snake as a pet, so fair play to you

LMAO, I freaked out at the reptile centre on Saturday when I realised I was stood next to a mahoosive arachnid in a box at the checkout. Sharp intake of breath later, along with the loud announcement that there was a massive spider next to me, my Hubby got shoved next to it instead whilst I stood there trying not to completely lose the plot. I felt a right tit after I realised the whole shop had heard me and I think Hubby was a little peeved that I so willingly pushed him 'into the lions den' as it were !

I used to be terrified of spiders, I still am with the small house ones... But the big tarantulas just look cute and fuzzy to me.. haha
Only got over my tarantula fear because my partner wanted to hold one (he used to be scared of spiders too) when I went to the reptile shop to see the snakes.
