| WARNING - if anyone has purcahsed anything from renzaexotics it seems to be a fraud site i spent £150 on there and never recieved anything contacted them to enquier did not hear back and now website has been shut down! |

Some people did order some stuff from it and got it. Wonder what has happened?
There must be a way to complain and get your money back.
EDIT: It was still open yesterday when i was comparing prices. The owner was a user on here not long back.
EDIT 2: It could be that he has either breached the terms and conditions with his host or it has always been fraudulent? |

| hmm dunno i ordered a thermostat almpost 2 weeks ago and not send seller orignally said had been in hosiptal and would post along with my second order (an entire viv setup) on monday..checked site had not been send so emailed again never heard back..checked website today and it been shut down...contacted fraud people and they said definatly looke dlike freud and are investigating it...luckily i paid through paypal so contacted them who said will def get money back but could take a while...probs is that all my money gone and still ahve no thermostat..so not pleased atall |

deffo showing as suspended. i know a few from here did order from him an were happy with the service.

He's a friend of mine on fb. Will see if I can find out. I had a £90 order delivered no probs about a month ago...
EDIT: Seems he hasn't been active on here or facebook for the last couple of weeks. I suspect it's some sort of personal issue rather than anything else. I just messaged him on fb and pointed him to this thread. |

Read somewhere on here the other that they where in talks of changing the courier they use. Which should hopefully improve that side of things. |

Yeah I spoke directly with Mr SPS about how bad their courier is and he said they were in talks with others. Whether they do actually change though is another thing... |
