There is no healthy weight to age to length ratio, they really are all different. Its all about the body shape, think slice of bread, flat bottom straight sides rounded over the top. Thats a healthy snake. Toblerone snakes are too thin, rolo snakes are too fat.

If she really is nearly 6ft then weight wise she is fine, most of my females around 4.5 -5ft are about 700g, more if they are gonna breed. What are you feeding her?

im feeding rats, not sure which size i buy a mixed bag from the shop an she gets the bigger ones roughly 1.5x her thickest part. im feeding every 2 weeks as i could see the fat bulges where her tail starts to taper down. previous owner was feeding a chick every 3-4 days

How are you measuring if that's not a stupid question? I ask as I once though my snake was near 6ft and he was 1000g. Turns out he was nearer 5ft and very overweight after being fed small weaners rats every day. Not saying your girl is fat or anything so please don't take this the wrong way.

A very special super, duper thanks for K :3

I measured Taggart at a smidge over 5 ft and 900g. I usually feed him a medium sized mouse and vary it between 7 to 10 days. The size of the mice from the pet shop tends to vary a bit and I very occasionally give him 2 small mediums.

The previous owner didn't really have a clue, chucking 2 or 3 mice into the viv at random so he was a bit of a porker when I got him a couple of years back. Now he is just chunky with a normal profile section, no bulges. Even after eating nothing for nearly 17 weeks last year he barely dropped a gram.

Measuring him was fun but using a steel tape and letting him crawl along the carpet while letting him run through my hand gave a reasonable measurement. Trick is to get him to run straight, usually heading for cover under the sofa.
