Massive thanks to Lee2308 for selling me this gorgeous beast, was good to meet you and see that amazing CWD set up for real, and a big thanks to Mamma too for the heads up.

Took a couple of naff pics before transferring him to the viv:

Thanks everyone. I'm over the moon with him. I'd never actually seen one in the flesh, and all I can say is he's better than I could have imagined. He's been exploring/re-arranging the viv since I got him lol. The kids are amazed!

It was this morning. I think its more of a case that I've placed the water dish next to the viv wall and he stopped to have a rest during his explorations. Nice to think he's a clean boy though.

He's certainly living up to the trouble causing kingy reputation. In my innocence I though his large heavy hide would be enough to hold his heat mat down, but oh no I was wrong!
I had to get him out and fix the mat down as he'd managed to slide it along the viv and the probes were lying across the viv floor! He was very well behaved bearing in mind he's supposed to be in hid settling in period.

The kids were more than happy to look after him while I sorted his mat out:

He soon went back to his explorations:
