Hi guys, hope ur all well on here?
Just have a question, my Nagini shed again on tuesday, thats twice in the last month, she is getting huge!!
I normally feed her 1 small mouse every sunday, but last week she was in blue and didn't want her feed , then she shed tuesday so i gave her a little bath then offered her a mouse and she had it, i thought i would try and feed her again today as it is sunday and wanted to get her back into her normal routine...
so i fed her around 12-ish, she gobbled it and I have never seen her so hungry, so i gave her another mouse, and she gobbled that straight down too.... i'm thinking that maybe i need to give her 2 mice a week now? cos she definately wanted them both!!!
  Help please

I agree with Mamma...remember the "up to a maximum of 1&1/2 width of the widest part of the snake" rule too - if you can't really see a bulge then it'll be time to go up |

                      | Taking into account that they are opportunist eaters and if your Nagini looks good and healthy - http://www.thecornsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=11891 - (entire thread thread worth a read but sta~ple's image half way down is great), then all should be fine...your certainly not going to be starving her..if she does keep eating 2 a week then it might be worth trying the next size up (she could have just been especially hungry after shedding) |
