Well after having Fluffy for 10days and feeding him for the first tine after his settling in period he took a pinkie with no messing about what so ever, he tried to find a route to escape first but with no joy, he then found the head to the pinkie a bang with in 5mins it was gone, I am ever so happy as this is my first snake/reptile and reading info from this forum I think so far I am doing a great job, thanks evey1 that supplied me with great advice. |

Some snakes won't constrict - mine has only a couple of times now, and it seemed to be when he moved up a mouse size...it is just a corns way of killing their prey in the wild, essentially suffocating it to death (pleasant reading at 11:15pm).
Dancross0 recently posted some cool feeding pics here - http://www.thecornsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?whichpage=1&TOPIC_ID=19147#199834 - Plissken is constricting in the first picture |
