Hey everyone! I've given Puff's viv a makeover and wondering what you think
I've gradually been buying more hides and leaves and things, and today I got him a new branch from a reptile shop which I thought looked great! Once I put the branch in though it looked very busy in there and I'm just wondering if it's a bit too much?? He seems happy enough, tonight he's been exploring and climbing up his new branch, and I hoped it would make him feel comfortable and safe in his new home having lots of new hiding areas. Anything you guys think I could change though? Please let me know! Thanks! :)
Oh, the cactus is rubber by the way! I wouldn't want to put anything in there that would hurt my snake! There is another hide in the warm end too and some more leaves which have just been cut from the pic. I'm also using some LED spotlights to light the tank up at night, the Flash on my phone seems to have removed the normal lighting in there!

looks good, do you have a digital thermometer as well as the dial, the dial will only record ambient temps |

Thankyou guys! You've put my mind at ease. I think Puff is very slowly becoming the most spoilt snake in the world! :)
Paulie78 - Eddie looks gorgeous! Looks just like a smaller version of Puff. I absolutely love hypos!
tordyjo - I've got a digital thermometer arriving in the post, I've been reading around the forum that they're much more ideal. This is the one I'm getting http://www.reptiles.swelluk.com/reptile-supplies/swell-gecko-shop-994/heating-996/lucky-reptile-thermometer-deluxe-12900.html Hopefully it'll do the trick!
Sta~ple - I've had to clean those plants once, I'm already beginning to detest them! :) |
