hi my snake has shed its skin about 4 times now but the tip of the tail will not shed i have tried to soak it and ease it off but to no avail any suggest or should i take it back to the shop where i got it from thx |

add damp hides to the enclosure for a few days (take out the usual hides) then a bath and towelling off you could also try ShedEase or similar product
as this has gone on for at least 4 months if the above doesn't work i'd suggest getting the snake to an exotics vet before its tail goes necrotic and drops off. |
