Most people keep hatchlings in RUBs, but how do they provide heat for them? Is it enough by just having the lid, with holes obviously, closed? Or is there really small heat mats available?
Thanks |

| Your normal 7W heat mat should do the trick still, you just put the Rub on top of the mat same as the Faunariums. |

Thanks :) Isn't it too big, or would you only put half the RUB on it? And if so, isn't that slightly dangerous, as the remainder of the heat mat might make something burn etc? |

| So long as your heatmat is attached to a thermostat (which it certainly should be) it won't burn anything, even if nothing is on top of it. Put it this way, if it's burning anything, you got a problem. |

Thanks Matty and GP, I only plan on getting one :( MAYBE I'll get two, 'cause I am considering, when they grow up (I know what the female has to be etc), breeding them. |
