How often should I change the sphagnum moss in the humidity hide? |

I do only use the humidity hide when in shed, I just wondered if it needs fresh moss every day or every few days or if the moss is fine (if clean) until the shedding cycle is finished? |

samp hides do make a bigger differance, marmalade has just shes (yesterday) an i useually give her a damp hide an get a perfect off in one shed, this time i didnt give her one to see what the differance was all i did was move the water bowl over the heat mat to give abit more humidity an well it was the worse shed shes ever had she only managed to get the belly off an that was in bits, had to put her in a box of moss so she could get the top half off |
