 Hatchling still attatched to egg.

The hatchling is fully out of the egg but there is a thick looking goo in the slit and a pinkish string still attached to its cloaca.

The lower, buried eggs haven't started hatching yet.

Advice please!

leave it alone in the incubator for a day, it's the yolk sac and associated bits n bobs, might also be a sign it wasn't quite cooked yet

cornsnakes, ratsnakes, bullsnakes, boas and day geckos

In Kathy n bills book it says to put the snake in a cup with a little water in the bottom, so shall I keep it wet?

yeah if you keep it in the incubator the humidity will keep it damp and as it moves around it should gently dislodge it, i'd reassess in 12-24 hours

Will it break at the cloaca or will it arbsorb it?
There looks to be a lot, but the pinkish tube is almost white now...

thats the umbilical cord so it should drop off on its own soon, like GP already says keep him in the incubator for now
