So I am going away tomorrow to sunny Egypt for 2 weeks. Snakes cleaned out last night and all fed. It was strange putting them back into their vivs for the last time for a couple of weeks.

They are all on 10 day feeds at the moment so should be okay for 14 days. i have arranged a house sitter to change their water daily and remove any little presents they leave.

Just wondering how does everyone else cope when they go away. I was going to leave them with a pet shop but didn't want to stress them.

I left mine for the first time earlier this year and was so stressed about it.
I was away from Mon to Fri and had someone come round to change their water on the Wed. If you get someone to do their water change every couple of days they'll be fine.

Ps. I'm very jealous,Egypt is somewhere I'd love to visit.

When I go away for a week I will be having a friend come round every day to feed my other animals so she will do the snakes water and spot clean while she is here. I am going to feed when I get back too. Have a lovely holiday!
