Too be honest, 10 days isn't really a long time to go without food even for a hatchling. However, to enable the more experienced keepers to advise you further can you give more information about your set-up. Size/type of enclosure? Housed alone? Heat source? Control and monitoring of heat source?

How often are you attempting to feed? If you attempt too often then it can stress them out more and cause them to refuse. Also, I wouldn't really recommend teasing as this can also stress them.

As I said, I wouldn't worry too much just yet. Some people have had hatchlings that have taken months to establish feeding.

They are in harribo sweet boxes not too big not too small
heat is heat mat controlled by thermostat at 28-29 c
lots of hiding spaces the breeder who I got her and her sister off fed every 3 days and she only refused two with her out of 8.
I offer every 6-7 days is housed alone

how are you thawing and heating up the pinkie?
are you trying to feed her in or outside of her usual enclosure?
are you still handling her?
is she in a quiet area of the house?
how big is a haribo tub?
what have you tried so far?

I have tried warm water, leaving at room temp for hours, even rubbing the pinki on a live mouse,
I feed her out of her usual tub which is 7 x 7 x 3 inch
didn't handle while she shed, she is in the front living room where no one goes
I tried tubbing her and her sister (Luna my normal) over night and Luna took hers when I looked in this morning but hissy didn't
how long can they go without eating as she hasn't ate since 4th June

ok first off, change her substrate to kitchen roll
stop handling her completely
leave her alone for a week
defrost the pinkie at room temp then give it a blast with a hair dryer for about 5-10 seconds
drop the pinkie in her own tub - safe to feed in there as you've already changed to a suitable substrate
cover the tub and leave her completely undisturbed for 24 hours, don't even peek to see if she's eaten it
report back on here in 8 days

they can go months without feeding, even hatchies, so try not to worry
